Description
The main overall objective of the CESME project is to design and develop an ecosystem capable to deal with CPS for manufacturing. The high degree of heterogeneity of the component-CPS and the potential emergencies that their interactions can generate requires fully integrated engineering approaches for their design, development, operation, maintenance, etc. CESME aims to deal with all the complexity of the usage of CPS, building a complete engineering solution, to coordinate the design/engineering phases and operational stage of the engineering life cycle what is considerably different regarding a CPS based manufacturing system.
